Per the plans submitted with the permit application, the light fixtures being installed are 48"
bollard/post lights, not light poles. The pool will close at dusk and there is no night time
swimming. The lights being installed are only for pathway lighting outside of the pool fence
enclosure. Please refer to the plan detail for the mounting of the LED pagoda lights on a 48"
lamp post. These lights are on t for night time pool use. Thanks
