3.. The fire Marshal requires 24 hour notice on all inspections.

5. Failedinspections require payment of fee prior to reschedulingof further inspections.
6.. Penetrations through rated' assemblies shall be of the proper UL.design. Design criteria shag be submitted with the construction plans.
