On Thursday August 28'^ 2019, I have visually observed the rolled roofing asphalt composite on the West Side of
the South Building at U.S. I Golf driving range located at 3847 North U.S. I in Fort Pierce, Florida. Based on this
field observation the rooting layers installed approximately 2 years ago, appear to be constructed following proper
building codes and is in excellent condition, having no missing pieces or sections, no raised or exposed edges, no
exposed tar paper or nails, and no apparent drainage issues or concerns. The roofing still looks new and has held up
well over the two years of weathering. It is my understanding the previous owner performed the work himself, with
no contractor or engineer involvement as allowed by St. Lucie County permitting and Florida Statutes.
