On the above -referenced retaining wall replacement, the existing deck from the retaining wall to
the Club House will also be replaced. The retaining wall section has been revised to include the
detail for this deck. See attached revised Sheets 1 and 2.

On the above -referenced commercial renovations, following are revisions/clarifications in
response to your plans review comments dated 12/3/2018 for each permit. The
revisions/clarifications are in the same numerical order as comments.
Permit#1812-0035:
1. The design load bearing values of the soil has been added under "Foundation Notes" on
Sheet 2.
2. Note "3" under "Foundation Notes" has been added for a geotechnical report, if required.
Permit # 1812-0037:
1. Noted.
2. Section "A -A" has been added for the ramp, along with additional notes on the ramp
placement plan.
3. Section "A -A" and the additional notes on the placement plan, should provide sufficient
information for framing the ramp.
4. A "Certification for Design Load Compliance" is provided with this submittal.
