To whom it may concern,
We have this monument sign permit that was part of the Missionary Flights International Phase 1
project which was completed this past summer. The landscaping was selected by the owner last week
and installed this past Wednesday and is now ready for final inspection/approval. The landscaping is
irrigated and the sign is illuminated.
Since we have exceeded the time allotted to complete the project, we ask that you grant us an
extension in order to apply for the final inspection. This formal letter is in response to your letter of
November 7, 2019.
