LUCle county, Permitting SUBJECT: Sedona PUD, Phase 1 SCANNED SW Corner of 25" St. and Edwards Rd Intersection BY Fort Pierce, FL 34981 St. Lucie COunty Dear Mr. Mathes, As requested, Fort Pierce Utilities Authority (FPUA) would like to confirm the availability of water and wastewater service to the above -referenced project. Capacity is currently available for the 78 units proposed in Phase I at FPUA's Water Treatment Plant and Water Reclamation Facility. The capacity reserved is contingent upon an approved supply agreement between the owner and FPUA, as well as an executed annexation agreement. Available capacity beyond the 78 units proposed in Phase I will be determined and dependent on a new supply agreement between the owner and FPUA. Said supply agreement will outline the rights and requirements of the owner and FPUA in any necessary upgrades to existing facilities, wastewater lift station and/or force main to accommodate additional units.
