Existing Antenna Mount (Worst Case) T'
Dear Mr. Demarco:
APX Engineering Group, LLC (APX) is pleased to submit this Structural Analysis to determine whether
the subject antenna mount is able to support certain worst -case proposed loads.
It is our understanding that AT&T, who retained MasTec Network Solutions (MNS), desires to install new
telecommunication equipment on the subject mount. This analysis was based on the supporting
information listed in Table 2. Our services were performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of
the master service agreement between APX and MNS. This report summarizes the results of our
findings.
The purpose of this analysis is to determine the suitability of the aforementioned structure to support the
loading indicated in the attached calculations. This analysis has been performed in accordance With the
Florida Building Code based upon an ultimate 3-second gust wind speed of 163 mph using RISA-3D
structural software. Based on our analysis, subject to the assumptions and recommendations noted, it is
our opinion that the subject structure will support the proposed loading without modification.
Members: Pass at 59.3%, Connections: Pass at 8.1 %
This report has been prepared for the puirpose-of providing a structural evaluation of the subject structure
for the loading conditions indicated. It is intended for the exclusive use of MNS and AT&T. The
information, assumptions, and recommendations contained in this report should not be used by others for
any purpose without express written authorization from APX We appreciate the opportunity to provide
our professional services to you and look forward to continuing our relationship. If we an b f

Assumptions and Limitations
1 . Information in the supporting documentation that could not be verified by APX personnel is
assumed to be correct.
2. All components are assumed to be in adequate condition to carry their full design capacity.
3. The configuration of equipment/appurtenances is assumed to be as specified in this report.
4. Emergency/essential communication equipment will not be supported by this assembly.
If any of the above assumptions are not valid or have been made in error, these calculations may be
affected, and APX should be allowed to review any new information to determine its effect on the
structural integrity of the subject structure.
Recommendations
1. Check all bolts for proper tightening in accordance with AISC "Snug -Tight" method prior to
installation of proposed equipment.

Dear Mr. Demarco:
APX Engineering Group, LLC (APX) has completed an evaluation of the effect on loading of the subject
structure created by the addition of new equipment. This evaluation was based on published catalog
information, information obtained during our site visit, previous site construction drawings, the antenna
mount calculations by APX dated November 9, 2018, and information provided by AT&T. The intent of this
letter is to assess the effect of the proposed addition of new telecommunication equipment upon the
supporting structural system, which include the existing building structure.
The proposed antenna equipment loading will impose approximately 18 square feet of project wind area
and 550 pounds of weight increase spread over three locations already being occupied by AT&T equipment
on the existing structure. The projected wind area increase as a result of the proposed equipment is less
than ten percent and the weight increase is negligible in comparison to the weight of the building. In
accordance with the Florida Building Code — Existing, 6th Edition (2017), Sections 402.3 and 402.4, these
are acceptable limits of load increase. Therefore, based on our evaluation of the above -referenced
information, it is our opinion that the subject supporting structure will support the proposed AT&T loading.
Should you have any questions or wish to discuss any aspect of this letter, please do not hesitate to contact
the undersigned.

E N G IN E E R,I N G G RO UP
APX Engineering Group, LLC (APX) understands that Saint Lucie County requires that, as special inspector
for the subject construction project, APX supplies specifications setting forth the procedures to be takenfor
the required inspections. The purpose of these inspections will be to determine if the installation of the
antenna equipment is in substantial accordance with the approved construction drawings prepared by APX
dated December 18, 2018. Such special inspections will be performed in accordance with Section
110. 10.1.1 of the Florida Building Code and will include, but not be limited to, the following:
1. Inspect anchoring, spacing and mounting of the proposed antennas to the existing building
structure.
2. Inspect mounting of proposed remote radio units (RRUs) and proposed peripheral equipment to
the existing building structure.
Copies of the inspections shall be sent to the Building Department on a weekly basis, and the final letter of
completion will be provided at the completion of the final Inspection.
This letter has been prepared for the purpose of fulfilling the requirements of Saint Lucie County with respect
to the specific installation described. It is intended for the exclusive use of Saint Lucie County and AT&T.
The information, assumptions and recommendations contained in this letter should not be used by others
