The undersigned has read this Proposal, understands it, agrees with all materials and labor to be performed under this Proposal (collectively, the "Work),
accepts all Terms and Conditions attached hereto that forth a part of this Proposal, and hereby authorizes All American Shutters & Glass CContmctorl to
perform such Work. The signed Proposal and the attached Terms and Conditions represent a contract between Contractor and Customer (collectively, the
"Contract), and Customer has until midnight of the 3rd business day (following the date of signing this Contract) to cancel the Contract. This Contract shall
constitute the complete contractual obligations of the parties and all negotiations, representations, either written or oral, have been merged Into this Contract.
This Contract is subject to field measurement and engineering. In the event of a typographical, mathematical or human error in this Contract, the parties
agree to Immediately correct such error in this Contract. If Customer pays deposit or delivery installment by credit card, the same card will automatically be
charged for thegremaining payments unljqss Contractor is notified by Customer in writing.
