WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, Licensor's predecessor in interest, Central Florida Cellular Telephone Company, and Licensee entered into that certain Tower Attachment Communications Site License Agreement dated August 19, 2008 (the "Agreement") wherein Licensor leased to Licensee certain land, owned or leased by Licensor, and certain space on a tower structure owned and operated by Licensor located a053r7.-Sf ouS t li' . igiway , White, St. Lucie County, Florida; WHEREAS, Licensor and Licensee desire to amend the Agreement as hereinafter set - ----fort-T;----- —------- NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Licensor and Licensee agree to the following: 1. Licensor and Licensee hereby agree that as of the date this First Amendment is fully executed, Exhibit C of the Agreement shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with Exhibit C-1 of this First Amendment ("Exhibit C-1"), which is incorporated herein by this reference. Only the antennas and equipment listed in Exhibit C-1 will be authorized and permitted by Licensor. 2. Effective April 1, 2013, the monthly rent shall be increased by $1,065.00 and shall continue to be paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms of this First Amendment and the Agreement, the terms of this First Amendment shall govern and control. 6. Except as otherwise provided for in this First Amendment, the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with the original terms of the Agreement.
