As requested, attached is supplemental documentation requested to complete the above Building Permit Application submitted February 4, 2019. A revised Master Bathroom layout dated February 28, 2019 now shows the following requested items: • Plumbing Fixtures o Existing shower drains (2) - The current shower drain will be abandoned by the plumber. The existing tub drain will be modified and used as the new shower drain. o Existing sinks (2) —The existing sinks and cultured marble vanity will be removed. The new sinks will be located in the same vicinity as the existing sinks. o Existing shower head and controller — to be removed Shower Exhaust Fan o Shower Fan —Anew 110 cfm ventilation fan for the shower (Panasonic FV-0511VQ1) is now indicated on the drawing. A cut sheet for this fan is attached. It is approved for work in a wet location. o Shower fan ductwork— A 4-inch duct for the shower fan is shown on the drawing with a note stating that it will be tied into the existing duct in the Toilet Room that services the existing ventilation fan/light in the Toilet Room. • Low voltage transformer o Installation of the low voltage transformer has been eliminated from this scope of work and is no longer shown on the bathroom layout Also attached are notarized Building Permit Sub -Contractor Agreements for the Plumber and Electrician.
