utilized a "steel cavity cap" in lieu of the metal lath/wire screen originally specified in the drawings. I
have no objection to this substitution provided it was installed correctly.

Request for At Risk Building Permit Plan Review
Dear Monica,
Per our discussion, we are requesting that Staff proceed with the architectural plan review
for building permit, in advance of the approval of the Minor Site Plan Review, which is
currently in process through Development Services. We acknowledge that we are at risk of
unforeseen changes that may occur during the Minor Site Plan review process;
nevertheless, for expediency, we acknowledge that we are accepting the risk of such changes
and will not hold St. Lucie County and/or any of its personnel responsible for changes that
result from the Minor Site Plan review/approval.
Thank you in advance for your attention to our request, and if there is any additional
information that we may provide, please let us know so that we may help expedite this
review of this project.
