The following items address your plan review comments.
1. See Revised Sheet 7/8
2. a) The existing building was a mixed use building, office/ storage and was codified to the
higher standard. We are reducing the storage and increasing the office occupancy, without
increasing the overall square footage.
b) This is a partial change of occupancy and complies with FBC section 1012.
This is a Level 2 alteration. See sheet 2/8.
3. Room is labeled Repro. and is a copy area.
4. Type of construction is V b and has been changed on sheet 2/8.
5. Finishes are identified on sheet 5/8, all walls are 5/8" FIR Gypsum board.
6. Energy Calculations have been submitted.
7. The foam is a closed cell urethane foam with an R value of 5 per inch.
8. Accessible route is shown on sheet 2/8. Allowed is 200' realized is 74'.
9. Accessible restroom has been provided.
10. Accessible egress has been provided.
11. The property conforms to present standards and this has been verified by the planning
department, Mr. Benton.
12. This paperwork to be supplied by John Jacobs Construction.
