In reference to the Plan Review Comments by Planning & Zoning staff completed on 11.12.15, I am respectfully
submitting this letter addressing the comments as well as (2) Two Signed and Sealed, Revised copies of the affected
sheets as outlined below. All affected sheets have been clouded as Delta #1 in the Title Block of each sheet:

Zoning Review:
Comment # 1: Driveway width on the survey is not matching the driveway width on the site plan.
Response #1: Driveway width has been adjusted on the survey and the architectural site plan to match. Please see
revised survey and sheet 'SP.
Comment #2: Dimension of the garage on the survey are not matching with the foundation/ floor plan. The garage on
the survey is larger.
Response #2: Please see revised survey matching dimensions shown on the structural and architectural drawings.
Comment #3: The property exists of two flood zones. The survey indicates that the rear part is Flood Zone X and the
main part is Flood Zone AE. According to the FEMA maps, this is the opposite. Please check the surveyor and submit
corrected surveys.
Response #3: Please see revised survey matching the Flood Zone designations outlined in the FEAM maps.

Comment # 1: Energy cale's show a 3 and 4 inch separation distance, please clarify.
Response #1: GC to submit required documents.
Comment 92: Energy calcs call out R-0.1 insulation, sheet CS notes thermal protection call out R-19 blanket
insulation, A303 shows and calls out sucarseal spray foam insulation. Please correct and submit correct signed and
sealed documents in duplicate. Note: if sucraseal product is being used please submit product information to be
reviewed for astm standards and testing.
Response #2: Sucraseal spray foam is being used as noted on sheet A303. Sheet CS has been revised to reflect spray
foam insulation. Additionally, please see ICC Evaluation Report provided. GC to submit revised Energy Calcs as
needed.
Comment #3: Please show on plans door from garage to house meeting the requirements of R302.5 of the 2014
Residential Building Code. Door must be self -closing.
Response #3: Please see revised sheets A101 & A303 for revised & added notes.
Comment #4: Please submit the energy performance sheets or submit the NFRC Fenestration manufacturer
certificate for the u-factor & the shgc showing compliance with chapter 4, section 402.1.1 of the 2014 Energy Code,
