Aviator Holdings of Florida inc. recently acquired the building located at 3100 Airmans
Drive Fort Pierce Florida, 34946. We are requesting an owner permit to make the repairs
needed to the building. The scope of the work needed to be completed would be as
follows,
• Install new Drywall where past tenant removed
• Replace insulation that is missing or damaged
• Replace damaged Drywall where needed
• Repair rain gutters
• Plant new trees where old where removed
The scope of the work under the Owner/Repair permit would be limited to general repairs
and drywall repairs as listed above. Aviator would have licensed electricians and
AC/HVAC pull their own permit for any repairs that my be needed.
