Good Morning Christine, The following is the procedures to follow with regards to your questions 1) All reports and letters can be emailed to the SLC Bldg. Dept. with an ink seal, but the original signed letter/report also needs to be mailed to the department. An original ink seal with signature or a raised -seal with signature will be acceptable. 2) You can send emails to planreview@stlucieco.org. and also CC Mr. Durden and Mr. Johnson. A. Address letters/reports to St. Lucie County Build. Dept. B. Other email addresses are durdenw@stlucieco.org, johnsond@stlucieco.org. C. No we do not have this procedure on our webpage. D. Good Morning, We are publishing a final report and engineer's letter this morning to close out the following project: Project # 19-155 Ocean Harbor N. Condos - Bldg B Parapet Wall Repair 5159 N. Hwy AIA Fort Pierce, FL 34949 SLC Bldg. Dept Permit # 1906-0338 We also have several other open or soon -to -start projects that need the same information I am requesting. Until about a week ago, we had been sending reports and letters to Gary Stepalavich. It is my understanding that he is no longer there. In the past 2 weeks I have spoken to 3 people at the SLC Bldg. Dept. who all gave me conflicting instructions, and as a result I am confused as to the proper procedure to follow. Please confirm a standard procedure for us to follow. 1. All reports and letters may be emailed to the SLC Bldg Dept with an ink seal, but they also need to be mailed to the department with a raised -seal as well. 2. We are to send a -mails to planreview@stlucieco.org. PLEASE CLARIFY: A. Do we address letters as "To Whom It May Concern", "Mr. Dave Johnson", "Mr. William Durden" , "Plan Review Department" or another person / department? B. Do we send emails ONLY to planreview@stlucieco.org , or am I to include other email addresses as well? If yes, what are those addresses? C. Is there a web page or other place I can go to so I can look up the proper information? The SLC Bldg. Dept. web page still has Gary's name as the go -to person, so your website is out of date. D. Is there a general email or mailing address we should send things to, since we are finding that at times our reports and letters are getting lost or remain unprocessed after we send them to your offices?
