4. COMPONENT MODIFICATION AND REPAIR

WITHOUT THE EXPRESS WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS FROM SEI.
b.THE INSTALLER SHALL OBTAIN WRITTEN GUIDANCE FROM THE SEI
PRIOR TO REPAIRING DAMAGED COMPONENTS.
