1. Provide approved exit lights above rear storage area exit door and the storage exit door
into the office area.
2. Provide a'4A-20BC rated fire extingusiher. Mount inside storage area just inside the office
exit door. The light shall have a 90 minute battery back-up.
3. Provide an approved emergency light. Mount as marked on plan.
4. Walls separating occupancies of the same group shall be constructed of materials having
a fire resistant rating of one (1) hour except that in Group "B" Business and Group "S"
Storage buildings. Non -rated partitions may be used to separate tenants provided no area
between partitions rated one hour or more exceeds 3,000 square feet. Partitions shall
extend from the floor to tight against the underside of the roof deck and shall extend
outward to include the eave line.
A two (2) hour rated wall will be required between this storage tenant and the factory
industrial occupancy (Frank's Auto Care).
