Dear St. Lucie County Permit Applicant,
Please see the attached plan review comments which have been generated for your permit. As soon as we receive the
modified plans and any additional required documentation back from the design professional, contractor or owner we
will perform the additional reviews as necessary in order to complete the plan review process. Once the plans have
been signed, by all applicable plan reviewers, we will move the permit forward either to the Fire Department or back to
permitting for permit issuance.

Caladesi Construction received this morning the attached recorded PDS Order 15-005 for a Canopy / Wash
Bay project for United Rentals property located @ 2180 Mariposa Ave. in Port St Lucie. As per page 2 item A
#1 of this order I am submitting pdfs of Landscape & Building Drawings of the proposed canopy addition to
you for your review & approval. Building Drawings are under the fi _ :. stage of review by St Lucie
County Building Department. I have spoke with Jeff Johnson ( Senior Planner with St. Lucie County ) about
this requirement & am copying him on this e-mail so that you might coordinate any questions to him if needed
about this review. If you have any questions or comments for me please e-mail or call me.
