As per you request of August 29, 2012, enclosed please:
A Building Permit application for the proposed generator and a cut sheet showing the design of the
generator.
Details of the generation including the above ground fuel tank capacity is on Sheet C8 (250 gallons) of
the construction plans associated with permits #1206-0130 and #1208-0434, under review.
You also requested a breakdown of the $75,000 value of the work. It is as follows:
Generator: $15,000

My apologies Lydia. If the site foot print is not changing, I do not think we need to review the plans. If the contractor is
only adding a cabinet and generator to an existing compound and tower it doesn't seem like there will even be any soil
disturbance. Perhaps you could add a general condition that the site must be in compliance with the prior approved
landscaping plans (if there were any).

Hi Amy,
We have a permit in to add equipmelT[�abinet and generator for AT&T to an exiocompound and tower. There is an
existing chain -link fence and they are not expanding the compound area. Please let me know if you need to review this
and if you require any updated landscape plans.
