If the contractor is only adding a cabinet and generator to an existing compound and tower it doesn't seem like there will even be any soil disturbance. Perhaps you could add a general condition that the site must be in compliance with the prior approved landscaping plans (if there were any). There is an existing chain -link fence and they are not expanding the compound area. Please let me know if you need to review this and if you require any updated landscape plans.
