9. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INITIATING, MAINTAINING AND SUPERVISING ALL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

CONTRACTOR/OWNER. CONTRACTOR/OWNER SHALL VERIFY PARTS AND QUANTITIES WITH THE MANUFACTURER PRIOR TO
BIDDING AND/OR ORDERING MATERIALS.
12. CONTRACTOR SHALL SECURE ALL NECESSARY PERMITS FOR THIS PROJECT FROM ALL APPLICABLE GOVERNING
AGENCIES.
13. ALL PERMITS THAT MUST BE OBTAINED ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR. THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE

16. THE CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN ALL PIPES, DITCHES, AND OTHER DRAINAGE STRUCTURES FREE FROM
