Dear Sir or Madam:
On February 7, 2013, Mr. Ricardo Diaz of CALTROP Corporation performed field observations of the
AT&T telecommunication facility located at the above -referenced site. Mr. Diaz regularly performs this
kind of work, under the supervision of Mr. Javier E. Jimenez, P.E. The purpose of these observations was
to inspect the installation of new antenna mounts and equipment to the existing tower and mounting
hardware for a new shelter and generator to a concrete pad.
Mr. Diaz visually inspected the installation of the equipment from the ground with the use of binoculars
and compared them with the approved construction drawings prepared by CALTROP dated June 18,
2012.. Based on these observations by Mr. Diaz, to the best of our knowledge and belief, the connections
of the installed equipment were performed in substantial compliance with these drawings.
