Lydia,
Thank you for your follow-up to our discussion of the Compressor Shed Permit filed by Pursuit. The BOCC, at their
meeting last evening, approved the Major Adjustment to Major Site Plan for Pursuit's expansion. The adjustment
included the Compressor Shed, as an immediate need, to be completed on the primary site (active parcel) prior to
constructability review of the more global adjustments to the site in accommodation of Phase 1a expansion, primarily to
the east. The approval resolution and adjusted site plan will be recorded after consent from the co -applicant (property
owner to the east) that has a pending sales contract with Pursuit, which may take an additional period of time.
Due to the minor nature and scale of this accessory structure, its location on the primary/developed site, and the
Board's approval of the adjustment which includes this addition, zoning authorization is eligible, meeting setbacks, lot
coverage, and if consistent with the site plan excerpt below. In the event the approval resolution is not recorded, a
minor adjustment could be rendered to accommodate this minor structure to memorialize it's placement on -site.
