Mathers Engineering Corporation visited the job site and made the following observations of the
ongoing concrete restoration and repairs of exterior balconies in progress:
Site Observations from 05/03/2019 to 05/16/2019 to Stack A:
• Unit A2:
Chipping, deck repairs and minor edge repairs completed.
• Unit A3:
Minor deck and edge repairs are completed.
• Unit A4:
Chipping, edge and deck repairs are completed.
• Unit A5:
Chipping, edge and deck repairs are completed.
• Unit A6:
Chipping and deck repairs are completed.
• Unit A7:
Chipping, deck and edge repairs are completed.
• Unit A8:
Chipping, minor deck repairs and ceiling edge repairs are completed.
• Unit A9:
Chipping and deck repairs are completed.
• Unit A10:
Minor repairs are completed.
• Unit All:
Minor deck and edge repairs are completed.
• Unit Al2:
Minor concrete repairs, rust spots and stucco in small areas are completed.

Our final observations were performed for Stack A repairs.
Repairs were completed in general conformance with the Engineer of Record plans as well as any field
modifications required after demolition.

Our professional services have been performed, our findings obtained and our opinions prepared in
accordance with general accepted engineering principles and practices as well as coordination with the
Engineer of Record for field modifications. This company is not responsible for the conclusions,
opinions or recommendations made by others based on our findings.
