Activities in -progress: A stack grease cap replacement, stray steel removal, casting, stucco and
drip edges
INSPECTORS REPORT
Keystone Engineering visited the site on 5-10-19 and also had several conversations with the
construction team by telephone throughout the week.
On the A stack balconies, post tension cable grease cap replacements were finished and final
stray steel removal was completed. Forms were constructed on slab.edge repairs,
existing reinforcing steel was detailed and all concrete repairs have been cast back on
the A stack balconies. Formwork was removed and stucco finish application is nearing
completion in order to begin painting over repaired areas next week.
Minor spot repairs are wrapping up on the A stack balconies and drip edge cutting at repaired
areas was in -progress Friday afternoon, scheduled for completion early next week.
Surface grinding at slab edge repairs was also finished where necessary in order to
minimize water ponding and waterproofer deck coatings will be applied next week on the
A stack repairs.
