"Company"), with access to the books and records of the Company, and its affiliates, and that:

S US Highway 1, Fort Pierce, Florida 34982-3947 (the "Property").

Jenny Goossens both of Image National Signs, are each authorized to
execute and deliver (1) Letter of Authorization and (2) Notice of
Commencement, on behalf of the Company as may be necessary in
connection with the Property. This certificate remains in effect until a
notice or certificate of revocation is issued.
