The undersigned, Lily Yan Hughes, hereby certifies that she is the duly elected, qualified
and acting Corporate Secretary of Public Storage, a Maryland real estate investment trust (the
"Company"), with access to the books and records of the Company, and its affiliates, and that:
1. The Company is the owner of record of that certain property located at 5910
S US Highway 1, Fort Pierce, Florida 34982-3947 (the "Property").
2. =ft*opm2f.Interstate/American Sign Crafters, and Aaron Mann and
Jenny Goossens both of Image National Signs, are each authorized to
execute and deliver (1) Letter of Authorization and (2) Notice of
Commencement, on behalf of the Company as may be necessary in
connection with the Property. This certificate remains in effect until a
notice or certificate of revocation is issued.
