Per the Florida Building Code, this letter is to inform you that threshold building special inspector,
John Breitenbach PE 59770 will be performing building Threshold Inspection services for the
proposed concrete restoration project at the above referenced location. Breitenbach Engineering
Inc will also act as the Engineer of Record...
Structural work will involve general minor repairs as outlined in the survey by Special Forces, dated
3/31/19.' .
My threshold building special inspector number is 2072; firm registration #26001.
I. will be sending you copies of the final inspection report/or final completion certification letter when
the project is completed. The following is the inspection plan:
1. Inspection of concrete and re -bar after exposure and demolition.
2. Inspection of concrete forming, shoring, re -bar replacement & coating before pouring.
3. Materials inspection.
4. Final stucco and painting finish completion.
