We do not need any inspections for the wall. We will inspect the overall grading and drainage adjacent to it as those pieces are completed. The contractor is wanting to close out this permit. Could you let me know if this needs an inspection or can it be signed off. If an inspection is needed can you Have someone inspect and email me results so I can respond to contractor about the status of this permit. Thanks for your help. Dave There is a Paving & Drainage inspection scheduled for 604 Kitterman Rd. It is for a wall on the west side of the property, Permit # 1904-0177. This is the site for Advantage Self Storage facility. Main building (Permit # 1712-0019) has a Paving & Drainage inspection also. Not sure if the wall is required to have one too. Plans examiner mentioned something about openings in the bottom of wall. Let me Know if this inspection can be signed off.
