& R Engineering, Inc. These shop drawings are signed and sealed by a Florida registered
engineering and meet the design intent of the site plan approved by the County.
I hereby certify that the site wall shop drawings for the project are in substantial conformance with
the plans and specifications approved by the St. Lucie County, and hereby affix my seal this 161h
day of May 2019.

I apologize. I thought I had replied but forgot. We do not need any inspections for the wall. We will inspect the overall
grading and drainage adjacent to it as those pieces are completed.

Good Morning Grant,
Below is a copy of the email I sent you last week. The contractor is wanting to close out this permit. Could you let me
know if this needs an inspection or can it be signed off. If an inspection is needed can you Have someone inspect and
email me results so I can respond to contractor about the status of this permit.

There is a Paving & Drainage inspection scheduled for 604 Kitterman Rd. It is for a wall on the west side of the property,
Permit # 1904-0177. This is the site for Advantage Self Storage facility. Main building (Permit # 1712-0019) has a Paving
& Drainage inspection also. Not sure if the wall is required to have one too. Plans examiner mentioned something about
openings in the bottom of wall. Let me Know if this inspection can be signed off.
