Response: Meeting room occupancy is correct at 16.5 People. Meeting room is 330 sq. ft.; FBC Mechanical Table
403.3.1.1 meeting room occupancy is 50 people per 1000 sq. ft. (.330 x 50 =16.5 People not 46 People
2. Provide corrected HVAC load analysis for the occupant count and room names. GS. DWG. M-2. .
Response: Occupancy for ventilation and load calculation shall remain unchanged; HVAC load analysis shall remain
unchanged.
3. Waiting for updated occupant load.
Response: Occupant load is correct based on the following responses and dose not require updating.
4. occupancy load count is incomplete, please see section Chapter 10, Section 1004, and definitions for area, building.
Exterior porches and restroom were not included within the horizontal projection of the roof or floor above.
Response: Per the definitions from the Florida Building Code toilet rooms are not occupied spaces and the entry porches
are not a room or enclosed space designed for human occupancy.
Definitions:
Floor Are Net: The actual occupied area not including unoccupied accessory area's such as corridors, stairways, ramps,
toilet rooms, mechanical rooms and closets.
Occupant Load: The number of persons for which the means of egress of a building is designed.
Occupiable Space: A room or enclosed space designed for human occupants in which individuals congregate for
amusement, educational or similar purposes on in which are engaged at labor and which is equipped with means of
egress and light and ventilation facilities meeting the requirements of this code.

Engineer's Partial Certification — Southern Portion of Project
Dear Mr. Bays:
This is to certify that the requited infrastructure improvements for the southern portion of the
Sedona PUD Phase 1' project have been completed in substantial conformance with the approved
construction plans and specifications. The completed portion includes the entire stormwater system,
detention pond and outfall, and paving and drainage infrastructure associated with Buildings 13, 14,
15, 16, 18, 19 and 20. The only minor deviation for the partial certification are as follows:
• Minor changes in final grade, and invert elevations for the project
These deviation does not affect the paving and drainage improvements of the site which are
completed in substantial accordance with the approved Construction Plans.
