PUBLIC COMMENT (excluding Public Hearing Items) Chair Dzadovsky opened the meeting for public comment at that time. The following people addressed the Board regarding the proposed Petition of the Reserve Residential Village LLC, Preliminary/Final PUD Project. Fred Kip Marsha Haynes There being no one else wishing to address the Board, Chair Dzadovsky closed public comment. 3. CONSENT AGENDA There are no items scheduled. 4. PUBLIC HEARINGS A. PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT SERVICES Reserve Residential Village, LLC submitted a request for a Preliminary/Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) Site Plan for nine (9) multi -family apartment buildings, encompassing a total of 324 units, and retention of forty-two (42) existing vacation resort units within the PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zoning District. -THIS ITEM IS QUASI-JUDICIAI Kristopher McCrain, Associate Planner, and Kori Benton, Senior Planner, presented this item to the Board. Petition of Reserve Residential Village, LLC for a Preliminary/Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) Site Plan for a project known as Reserve Residential Village, within the Reserve DRI. A request for a continuance was made on behalf of the applicant to allow time to address recent issues presented by residential property owners and the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Department. The continuance would allow the applicant to meet with the PGA Village Property Owners Association regarding any issues or concerns presented. Staff recommended the Board grant approval for the continuance of the Reserve Residential Village Preliminary/Final Planned Unit Development proposal. A motion was made to approve the staff recommendation to continue the item to a special meeting on Depternoer zi, zuzi, at e:uu rive, aria it passeu unanimously.
