As of 9/27119. William 'Mote Hanrahan will not be held responsible for any future payments
towards both "Project Non -Insurance Claim" and "Project Insurance Claim" contracts, therefore,
Red Stag Development, LLC (Thomas Murray) is released from all liability. William/Kate
Hanrahan will take on the responsibility of completing the remainder of work and transferring
building permit to homeowner: William/Kate Hanrahan. Both parties have agreed upon Red
Stag Development, LLC (Thomas Murray) sending Wifffam/Kate Hanrahan a refunded ar;oun:
of $901.19 for pre -billed work that has not been completed. All sub -contractor payments have
been paid and there are no outstanding invoices or liens against William/Kate Hanrahan and
their property of address.
