Dear Building Official:
APX Engineering Group, LLC (APX) performed a review of construction and close-out documentation of
the AT&T telecommunication facility located at the above -referenced site. The purpose of these
observations was to inspect the following in accordance with the Florida Building Code, 6t^ Edition (2017)
and the National Electric Code (NEC), 2014 Edition:
1. Installation of six proposed Remote Radio Units (RRUs).
2. Installation of two proposed surge suppressors.
3. Installation of proposed power cables.
4. Installation of proposed fiber cables.
5. Installation of proposed grounding system.
The installation of the above -mentioned items was visually inspected and compared with the approved
construction drawings by APX Engineering Group, LLC dated April 16,--2019.--Based-on-these--- -- --
observations and to the best of my knowledge and belief, the above -described construction of all
structural load -bearing components complies with the permitted documents.
