2. IT IS THE OWNERS RESPONSIBILITY TO MAINTAIN THE SCREENS,

3. WHERE WOOD DECK IS PRESENT USE 1/4"X3-1/2" GALV. LAG
SCREWS IN LIEU OF MASONRY ANCHORS. UNLESS OTHERWISE
