SHINGLE REROOF PROPOSAL
All American Roofing will remove and dispose of existing Shingle roof down to plywood sheathing.
- AAR will inspect existing plywood sheathing and re -nail according to code.
AAR will replace up to five (5) sheets 5/8" CDX plywood if needed, N/C.
- AAR will install an ASTM 304' felt underlaymenl. or equivalent- nailed to code using round caps or tin tags.
- AAR will install 26ga. galvanized. baked on paint finish, accessory metals.
AAR will install a Tamko Limited Lifetime Architectural Shingle. fastened to code using six nails per shingle.
Anv work done beyond the scope of this contract will be invoiced as an extra.

- AAR will procure permit and remove all roofing debris upon completion.
AAR will provide a 7-year Workmanship Warranty and any applicable Manufacturers' Warranties upon final
payment.
- AAR will install additional fasteners to existing straps to bring up to code.
- AAR will repair and/or replace catwalk soffit as necessary.
We will furnish labor and materials for the sum of:
S63,012.00 per bldg
Notes: 1) If additional roofs are discovered under the existing roof during the tear oil process, additional charges
including landfill fees, will incur for each additional roof to be tom off. INITIAL: 17 `
2) No verbal promises made by any representative of the company are binding unless contained in the
agreement.
3) New Soffit vents will be supplied by owner and installed by AAR at no additional charge.
TERMS: This Proposal becomes a Contract upon signing. Service trii/ begin when the signed Contract.
Arotice gfCommencentent and 50% deposit are received. Upon tear off. 25% of /he contract
price is due. The retnalnin&25% balance is due upnn completion.
