Good morning Mr. Durden. Thank you for the comments for the above referenced project. I have a
response/questions for the Mechanical comments dated 12/19/2019:
Of the occupancies listed in table 403.3.1.1, the Warehouse' category fits this building better than others. The stone
cutting does not produce fumes, dust, smoke or heat because all the sawing is done underwater spray. Just like a
typical warehouse there is a LP powered forklift which runs in and out of the building carrying slabs of stone. The
exhaust fan provides more than 19 times the fresh air required for a true warehouse occupancy.
The parking spaces are 10' from the wall of the building. This is the minimum dimension required for interior landscape
islands. The overhead door will be open while the operation is going in the building, even during rain. The forklift is in
and out so often, closing and opening the large door is way too inefficient.
Product approval for the louvers was provide with all the others during resubmittal early last month. The louver
product approval is also attached.

Lydia,
The attached Recorded Unity of Title was submitted to PDS in November 2019, which was only 3 months ago. I think
they'll need to submit the Unity of Title to the Property Appraiser's office so they can update their parcel and tax
information.

Kris,
Above site plan and PDS order requires two parcel to be combined via unity of title through St Lucie County Clerk of
Court. According Rob from RK Davis construction this was recorded and submitted to Planning Department. I can't find a
copy in the Clerk of Court do you have a copyfor me? Also he informed me that it was submitted last summer. The
property appraiser has it still as two individual parcels under different parcel id's. Shouldn't they submit a combining of
lot application to the property appraisers as well?
Thank you,
