The existing restrooms are fully accessible and up to code. PROVIDE MANEUVERING CLEARANCES AT DOORS AT BREAKROOM CABINETS & RESTROOMS. (FBC, E 1006.1) **BATHROOM DOOR MANEUVERING CLEARANCE- 12" REQUIRED FOR PUSH SIDE ON A DOOR WITH ACLOSER.** RESPONSE: Per FPC 2017 403.2, Exception 3: "Separate facilities shall not be required in mercantile occupancies in which the maximum occupant load is 100 or fewer". In compliance with this exception, both restrooms have been designated as unisex. One of the existing restrooms has been modified for full compliance with the current accessibility code, including the door approaches. Please see CS-3. 4. PLEASE PROVIDE ACCESSIBLE RESTROOMS.
