Please refer to the Rules & Regulations listing hours for construction. No noise -producing work shall be
permitted holidays. All work done in a Unit of Islandia I Condominiums must be done in compliance
with applicable building and other codes and meets all Federal, State, County and City zoning, safety,
and environmental guidelines.
The above mentioned Unit Owner(s) agree to pay for an independent architectural or engineering
review and any other lawful fees that may be imposed by the Board to protect and maintain the
