EMERGENCY LEAK REPAIR
25 x 78 area on west end of roof. 22% of entire roof area. (Entire roof areal 13 x 78).

1) Remove existing two layers of tar and gravel roofing.
2) Clean steel deck throughly.
3) Install 20 x 10 count roof mesh over the steel decking.
4) Spray apply 2" of 2.8 lb density SPF to the steel deck.
The SPF will be applied up to base of the parapet wall metal.
5) Apply a protective elastomeric coating to the SPF at a rate of 3.0 gallons per 100 sgft.
