USA Engineering, Inc. is pleased to submit this "Site Inspection Letter' for the above referenced project.
The inspection was done to determine if the tower installation was installed in compliance with "USA
Engineering" engineered drawings consisting of nine (9)-sheets dated May 29, 2019.
Description of Inspected Items:
The inspected installation consisted of the following: SCANNED
1) (9)- New Antennas; BY
2) (3)- New RRUS-4449 B5/B12; St. Lucie County
3) (3)- New RRUS-8843 B2/B66A;
4) (1)- New DC6;
5) Mount Replacement;
6) Topside Electrical Grounding.
Deviations from Permitted Drawings:
None.
Results of Inspection:
It is my professional opinion based on review of the contractor's closeout video that the tower equipment has
been installed in substantial accordance with the permitted plans referenced above. In doing so, the installation
is in compliance with the Florida Building Code.
