APPLICANTIARB APPROVAL AGREEMENT
I understand that in accordance with the requirements of the Harbour Ridge documents, the Architectural
Review Board (ARE) will act on this request and provide me with a written response of their decision. I
further mderstand and agree to the following provisions:
1. No work or commitment of work will be made by me until I have received written approval from
the Association.
I All work will be done expeditiously once commenced and will be done in a good workman -hire
manner by a contractor or myself.
3. Any work which disturbs irrigation lines and requires removal, repair, etc. notice most be given to
the Landscape Department anor W the start f worL enjulmm, two week notize. Homeowner
assumes all costs associated with the turn oft; relocation, repairs, etc.
4. All work will be performed at a time and in a manner to minimize iufeifaatce and inconvenience
to other unit owners.
5. I assume all liability and will be responsible for all damage and/or injury which may result from
petformence of this work. ARB approval does not signify that the proposed plan specs or work
comply with local laws or regulations — It is applim es responsibility to ensure compliance.
6. I will be responsible for the conduct of all persons, agents, contractors, and employees who are
connected with this work. Safety and Security will be notified as to the startup of construction
They will contact me regardntg the construction and I agree to cooperate in providing any
additional information required.
7. 1 will be responsible for complying with, and will comply with, all applicable fedend, state and
local laws, codes, regulations and requirements in connection with this work, and I will obtain buy
the
necessary governmental permits and approvals for the work. 1 understand and agree
that Harbour Ridge Property Owners Association, its Board of Directors, its agent and the ARB have
no responsibility with respect to such compliance and that the Board of Directors' or its designated
ARB's approval of this request shall not be understood as the melting of any representation or
warranty that the plans, specifications or work comply with arty law, code, regulation or
govottwenfal requtrem'ent I'find m%taud that Harbour Ridge policy may be more stringent than -
St Lucie County's codes, regulations and requirements.
