CONTRACT ADDENDUM
THIS CONTRACT ADDENDUM dated this 5th day of June 2019
BETWEEN: DMF CONSTRUCTION, INC. SCANNED
AND BY
OCEANRISE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION St. Lucie County
BACKGROUND:
A. DMF Construction, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "CONTRACTOR") and Oceandse Condominium Association
(hereinafter referred to as 'OWNER") (hereinafter collectively referred to as "PARTIES") entered into a contract on
March 20, 2019 for the purpose of the CONTRACTOR performing "Concrete Restoration Repairs to the '8' & '9'
Stack Balconies".
B. The PARTIES desire to amend the Contract on the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract Addendum (the
"AGGREEMENT")
C. This AGREEMENT Is the first amendment to the Contract.
D. References to this AGGREEMENT to the Contract are to the Contract as previously amended or varied.
IN CONSIDERATION OF the PARTIES agreeing to amend their obligations in the existing Contract, and other valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of wehich Is hereby acknowledged, the PARTIES agree to keep, perform, and
fulfill the promises, conditions, and agreements below:
AMENDMENT:
The Contract is amended as follows:
1. Contract to be amended to include "Concrete Restoration Repairs to the 'T Stack Balconies" and value of Contract
to increase based on attached "Schedule of Values".
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the PARTIES have duly affixed their signatures under hand ands on this th of June, 2019.
