Screws must be 6" OC on edges and 12" OC in field. Screws must be in heavy part of siding into solid framing. Siding not properly lapped in places. Storm panels installed do not match product approval. 4x4 posts not attached to 2x4 according to plans. Gap between 4x4 & 2x4 does not provide for proper embedment of fastener. Need to see what the 3" pipe exiting exl. wall on south side is. This pipe may require proper termination and cover. 107.4 FBC 1906-0398 999 FINAL INSPECTION Disapproved- 821/2020 82 Reinspect Fee Dave Johnson 8/21/2020 Required REINSPECTION. See all notes from previous inspections. Siding still does not appear to be attached to structural members. Siding s611 not installed correctly in places not correctly lapped ( see previous notes). Plywood around replaced windows needs to be replaced with siding that provides a weather resistant barrier. All replaced siding that is delaminating or compromised from weather exposure needs to be replaced. Storm shutter over SGD is does not match with the product approval submitted, once corrected bottom track should be attached to structure of building not detached wooden deck. 1906-0398 999 FINALINSPECTION REINSPECTION.
