CHRIS DZADOVSKY In response to your request for a building permit to erect a security fence in accordance with the
DISTRICT 1 parameters of the County Pilot Program, please be advised of the following:

DISTRICT 2 • The applicant has demonstrated why the subject property is qualified to participate in the pilot
program. The application is eligible as the site has experienced: 1)The illicit on -site dumping
FRANNIE HUTCHINSON of debris and yard waste on their property(s), 2) Trespassing and/or loitering on -site & 3) Other
DISTRICT 4 concerns for safety and/or security. The financial burden and liability of the aforementioned
has been presented.

COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR pilot program location and meet the minimum road frontage for the IL (Industrial, Light) zoning
district of 60 feet.

COUNTY ATTORNEY • Pilot programs are typically shorter term evaluations to better understand how a large-scale
project may operate. The County can consider possibly up to a two (2) year period, providing
a sunset clause to ensure the pilot program is automatically terminated after a fixed period of

• The pilot program mandates the following standards, at minimum, for the fence:
