50% due for deposit, Balance due upon completion of installation of the scope listed above. A
completed installation is when the air conditioning Is functional and working. Inspection
completion is not the considered due to the time ofplan review, inspections and fire marshal
inspections if required.
All balances over 48 hrs are considered past due, Late charges apply on balances older than
48 hrs.
Once this quote has been approved & special order parts have been ordered all sales are final
and cannot be refunded.
