Complete set of revised plans included to address review comments
Comment 1) This is a typical interior wall attachment to concrete subfloor and
concrete ceiling. The wall section will have metal framing
attached at the top plate and sill plate, with polyurethane
construction adhesive. Please see the newly added page #4
of the revised attached drawings for clarification of the
framing details.
Comment 2) After further investigation on the wall separating the tenants,
we found it to be a concrete sheer wall. Please see page # 1
of the new attached drawings with a cloud, for clarification.
