Dear Mr. Peterson:
On May 19`h, 2015, William Stoddard from Schulke, Bittle & Stoddard LLC performed a visual
review of the repairs and alterations in progress at 5050 North Highway A1A. The proposed
repairs are detailed in the construction plans prepared by Schulke, Bittle & Stoddard LLC dated
March 20, 2015 titled "Mark Walpert Residence, 5050 North Highway A1A, St Lucie County,
Florida."
• Items marked B, E, G, and H were completed in accordance with the specifications.
• The existing reinforcing bars at the door thresholds as described in item mark D were
visually reviewed and determined to be sufficient to remain and reused in the repair of
the concrete thresholds.
• The vertical reinforcing bars for the column described in item mark J were found be #6
reinforcing bars instead of #5 reinforcing bars. The owner was directed to replace the
vertical reinforcing bars in the columns with #6 instead. The owner may also chose to
use Lambert Vibropruf #11 instead of the Quikcrete 5000 for the concrete pour in the
column.

Dear Mr. Peterson:
On March 31, 2016, William Stoddard from Schulke, Bittle & Stoddard LLC performed a visual
review of the completed repairs and alterations at 5050 North Highway A1A. The repairs were
detailed in the construction plans prepared by Schulke, Bittle & Stoddard LLC dated March 20,
2015 titled "Mark Walpert Residence, 5050 North Highway AIIA, St. Lucie County, Florida."
Based on my visual observations, the repairs have been completed entirely and were performed
in accordance with product manufacturer's specifications and the design documents. Attached
please find photographs of the repairs observed on March 31, 2016.
As a Florida licensed professional engineer, it is my opinion the existing building is structurally
sound.
