Shaw -Alter Construction, do not complete the landscape and sitework to the county's
satisfaction within 30 days from the date of this letter, McDonald"s Corporation will Intervene and
complete required work. We do have the capability to complete this and withhold our rent
payments to the developer to pay for this work. It is our understanding that with this agreement
and completion of our electrical and building Inspection finals, that we should be able to obtain a
temporary certificate of occupancy today, We understand and apologize that things have not
gone as smoothly as possible, but we are on a good path now towards completion of this project
