After the fact wall framing and smart vent installation inspection letter
To whom it may concern
Our office prepared the construction documents for work done at 1333 Nettles
Blvd. I have inspected the work for the following:
The strapping, wall sheathing, wire lath and the final inspection, all work is in full
compliance with the approved drawings and the current Florida Building Code
2017 6 edition. There was no electrical rough, electric final or lintel beam done
because no work was performed on that. The final flood elevation was submitted
to the St. Lucie Building Department by the owner.
