Attached please find 4 sets of signed and sealed drawings showing the. revision made to the
building permitted drawings based on the Owners requested Value Engineering changes.
A brief Summary of the Value Engineering changes are as follows:
1. Deleted exterior Rolling Doors.
2. Reduced the size of the Loading Dock.
3. Deleted the Compressor Room.
4. Deleted the Movable Partition in the Breakroom.
5. Electrical Room, Upholstery Room and Mill Shop revisions.
6. Addition of Winch Pits.
7. Deleted Jib Cranes.
S. Addition of exterior Resin Tank.
9. MEP revisions based on the above items and other miscellaneous MEP revisions such
as:
a.
Revised Lighting layout and fixture type.
b.
Service conductors changed to Aluminum.
c.
Changed Water Beater from gas to electric.
d.
Deleted AHU #9.
e.
Removed Natural Gas Piping.
f.
Condensing units revised from ground mounted to roof mounted on west low
