Sunny PBE-ENGINEERED METAL BUILDING Inspections were performed on the Assembly and Lamination portions of the pre-engineered metal building structure on February 12, 2020 and April 2, 2020. We observed the following: • Pre-engineered metal building components which included: rigid frame rafters, columns, roof purlins, wall girls, beam and column flange braces, diagonal roof and wall bracing, and wind struts. • Roof and wall sheathing panels. • Crane and hoist beams. • Masonry wall gins. Ardaman & Associates, Inc, completed and approved the structural bolt tensioning and bolted connections. Their reports are attached to this report. Based on our observations along with the information from the reports by Ardaman & Associates, Inc., it is our opinion the installation of the pre-engineered metal building structure has been installed in substantial compliance with the design and permitted documents. Davis Construction Corporation 4205 Metzger Road Fort Pierce, Florida 32947 Attention: Mr. Roger Priest Subject: Structural Bolt Torque Inspections Pursuit Boats Plant Expansion Lamination Building St. Lucie Boulevard St. Lucie County, Florida SLC Permit # 1907-0579 Mr. Priest: We have completed structural bolt torque inspection services at the above referenced project site. Specifically, we performed bolt torque inspections on all structural field -bolted connections in the Lamination Building. The A-325 high -strength bolted connections were found to be "snug tight" at the time of inspection or were otherwise tightened at the time of inspection. All inspected field -bolted connections are therefore in general accordance with the project structural plans and specifications. It has been a pleasure to assist you on this phase of your project.
